Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, requests for refunds must be submitted before a program begins, and certain fees may be non-refundable.

To keep our learning environment safe and welcoming, all participants agree to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Use our platform and materials only for their intended educational purpose
- Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior
- Not attempt to access, copy, damage, or interfere with our systems
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, curriculum, materials, logos, and software provided by Guru Kiddies are the property of Guru Kiddies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
7. Student Work
Children may create projects and other content as part of our programs. Families retain ownership of their child's original work. With your consent, we may showcase student projects for educational and promotional purposes.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted availability of our website or programs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guru Kiddies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
10. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calabar, Cross River State.
